I like the floor work combined with a high point. It’s not quite what I’d call a partial suspension (maybe I should call it that?), but it’s not just floor work, either. One could come up with some tough positions without bringing the rope bottom off the floor. I have just barely begun tying for myself, and I think this is something I’d like to explore as a possible rope top…

Sometimes, it’s hard to find something that evokes a “soft” image, but is actually not an easy feat. This is one of those images, and I love it.

The first time I saw someone do this general position, a hitachi was strategically nestled right in the bottom set of ropes under her thighs. What was particularly wonderful about it was the couple doing the suspension was easily over their 60s. The scene was impressive and a joy to watch, as their loving dynamic was plain to see.
